Sunday Rise and Flow

Start your day focusing on mobility and flexibility. This class offers a balance of flowing movement and static stretching. This all levels class will open your body and quiet your mind.

Vinyasa Flow

Focusing on linking the breath and movement, this flowing yoga class will include a well-rounded practice of Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures, backbends, and inversions. Proper alignment will be demonstrated and thorough instruction will be given to help the student achieve their yoga pose. The physical practice on the mat acts to calm the mind and allow us to connect with the body leaving us feeling stronger, relaxed, balanced, and present to take on life off of the mat.

Fab Abs

This is a 45 minute class designed to work your core. And you’ll have fun while you’re doing it! Katie keeps the class interesting by adding new and challenging exercises to keep your core strong and toned. All levels and body types are welcome.

Power Hour

Power hour is a 60 minute high intensity yoga practice focused on strengthening both the body and mind. Power hour honors where you are in your practice while at the same time challenges your body and mind with an emphasis on strengthening postures combined with balanced movement.

Yoga Lite

A gentile, supportive, non-flow class designed for students at all levels. Maintain strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, develop mental focus and build a sense of community. Students will practice beginning yoga postures while working on the principles of body alignment and breath awareness. Modifications and supportive props such as chairs, blocks and straps will be provided to ensure that poses are accessible for adults of all ages and abilities. All students are welcome, especially those who are over 50, those with minor physical ailments and those who prefer a slower paced and more relaxed practice.

Restorative Yoga

Relax and recharge! In this class you will breathe deep and stretch your body, feeling at peace. This gentle class is for all levels and will leave everyone feeling calm and replenished when you walk out of the studio. Whether you have an active, sedentary, or anything in between lifestyle, you will find this class to be exactly what you need to balance your body and your mind. This is what your body has been craving!

Private Classes

Private classes are perfect for those who would like to tailor the class to their specific needs, wants, and even body limitations. Whether you practice by yourself, with your family, or with a group, this class will me made specifically for you. We offer in studio classes or we can come to you/ your group.
