This very important class will teach elementary age children how to defend themselves first with words. They will learn how to remain cool, calm and collected in any situation and to use words as a means of blocking an attack. In the instance when words fail, your little one will learn how to physically defend themselves from someone trying to punch, tackle, grab or choke them. Adults are encouraged to stay with your child to receive this valuable information as well. This class is taught by a certified Self Defense instructor.
