This gentle, supportive, non-flow class is designed for all levels. While practicing beginner yoga poses, students will maintain strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, develop mental focus and build a sense of community. Modifications and supportive props such as chairs, straps and blocks will be provided. This class is designed for all students, especially those over 50, those with minor physical ailments and those who prefer a slower paced and more relaxed practice. Instructors are vaccinated and studio is air-conditioned. In studio or Zoom options available.
