Runners Stretch & Recovery with Kelly

In this gentle stretching class, you will learn poses to increase range of motion, improve flexibility, open and elongate muscles, relax connective tissue and relax your mind. You will also gain tools to incorporate an effective recovery plan into your workouts to get you on the road with fresh legs and injury free. Come stretch with Kelly and then enjoy those miles!
