Yoga for Golfers with Melissa

Yoga for Golfers offers a unique mind-body approach to golf fitness. We will develop breathing awareness and visualization, while working towards improving flexibility and strength through a series of postures, core conditioning exercises and balancing techniques. Each posture will offer modifications to appeal to every skill level. Clubs for the balancing postures will be provided at the studio.
