Many of us spend a lot of time sitting, often with poor posture- shoulders rounding forward. Backbends counteract that rounding posture and allow the front body to open. We will focus on strength and flexibility of the hips, legs, shoulders and core to make backbends more accessible. Join us to explore how to safely and effectively incorporate backbends in a way that works for you!
