Yoga Strength & Drills with Kristen

This class will be for all leves with modifications to both simplify and push to the next level. The goal of this class will be to improve your total overall body srength. You will start with a traditional yoga warmup to create heat inside the body. You will then continue to connect your breath with your movement but will move away from a standard yoga practice and focus on a large variety of strength building, body weight exercises. Come ready to get a total body workout! Class will end with a proper cool down and savasana to let your body soak in all of your hard work.
