At this traditional time of Thanksgiving, let's take the opportunity to truly open ourselves to appreciate all that we have and offer loving-kindness to those around us. We will breathe and move intentionally through a variety of heart opening postures in this flowing 60-minute practice. Essential oils will be diffused to soak in the benefits of aromatherapy as well. Inhale Love. Exhale Gratitude.
