Slow Burn with Tonimarie

This class will be unlike the classes that you are currently used to taking, and you will love it! In a warmed studio you will hold poses longer than a typical class. Feel the burn as you focus on technique and alignment while you build muscle, inner strength and stamina. During this slowed down physical practice you will also have the opportunity to connect your breath to your movements, allowing your mind to be free. We guarantee you will walk out feeling stronger and much more focused!
