In his class where all level yogis are welcome, the goal will be to improve your overall body strength. Modifications will be given to simplify or take this practice the next level. You will start with a traditional warm up and will connect your breath with your movements. You will move away from a standard yoga practice and focus on a large variety of strength building, body weight exercises. Class will end with a proper cool down and savasana to let your body soak in all of your hard work. Come ready to get a total body workout!
