In this slower paced class, you will build strength and heat while exploring the details of alignment. In the warmed room, you will hold poses longer than usual and feel the burn as you build muscle, inner strength and stamina. This class will include postures and techniques that will help strengthen the body while restoring the parasympathetic and nervous systems.
