Immediately after Meredith's first class, she was asked by many students to do it again. You ask and we listen! This 90 minute class will focus on restorative and yin-style asanas (poses). We will begin with a few Sun Salutations to warm up the joints and then settle into opening poses with longer, supported holds. Give your self permission to escape the craziness of life and find gratitude and depth in your practice!
